Book appointments without the back and forth

Three emails to find one appointment are three emails too many. Dagomi knows your calendar, knows your rules and makes the customer a concrete proposal right away.

In short

  • Dagomi sees your genuinely free times — no guessed slots.
  • You define working hours, appointment length, lead time and buffers between appointments.
  • The booked appointment lands directly in Outlook, including an invitation to the customer.

What the connection means technically

Dagomi connects to your Microsoft 365 account through Microsoft Graph. A single permission is enough: read and write calendars. You store no passwords with us — your IT grants the approval once in the Azure portal and can revoke it there at any time.

If you want to lock it down further, add an application access policy that limits access to exactly the mailboxes Dagomi actually needs. Without that policy the permission applies organisation-wide — uncritical for a single mailbox, but you should set it for a team.

Your rules beat the calendar

Free in the calendar does not automatically mean bookable. So you define when appointments are possible at all: weekdays, times of day, how long a conversation lasts, how much lead time you need and how much air stays between two appointments. Only the intersection of calendar and rules produces the suggestions.

How to set it up

  1. Approval by your IT

One-time in the Azure portal: grant “Calendars.ReadWrite” as an application permission and give admin consent. A step-by-step guide is included as a PDF.

  2. Assign the mailbox

In the setup you enter which mailbox Dagomi should use. From then on the connection is live.

  3. Define availability rules

Working hours, appointment length, minimum lead time and buffers. These rules apply to every suggestion Dagomi makes.

  4. The customer gets concrete times

In the conversation or in the offer, Dagomi proposes suitable slots — not “feel free to get in touch” but “Tuesday 10:00 or Thursday 14:30”.

  5. The booking lands in Outlook

As soon as the customer picks a time, the appointment appears in your calendar and the customer receives the invitation. There is nothing to enter afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Which permissions does Dagomi need exactly?

For appointment booking, “Calendars.ReadWrite” as an application permission is enough. Nothing more is requested. The separate permission to read sent mail is needed only for the optional advisor voice and is independent of this.

Do you store our credentials?

No. The connection runs through an application consent granted by your IT. There is no password and no username stored with us, and you can revoke the consent in the Azure portal at any time.

Can Dagomi cancel or reschedule appointments?

Appointments are created. You make changes in Outlook as usual — Dagomi re-reads current availability for every suggestion, so your change is automatically taken into account.
