Know what matters each morning — in one picture and three minutes

Most sales tools greet you with a table. Dagomi greets you with a sentence that says what matters today — and with a picture that shows who wants something from you right now. Neither needs training, both are honest: if nobody is at the door, nobody is at the door.

In short

  • The daily briefing sums up in four points what is due, what is worth doing and which step comes first — as text or spoken by an AI voice.
  • The house is your company. Every figure in front of it is a company: on the right, who wants something from you; on the left, who is drifting away. Lit windows are today’s tasks.
  • A click on a figure shows the contact person, phone, email and open items. A click on the house goes inside — to the tasks you complete or dismiss with a reason.
Where to find it Cockpit → “Today”. The briefing sits at the top of the overview, the house right below it; a click on the house unfolds “Inside” with the task list. The full-screen morning briefing can be reopened at any time. — Open the cockpit →

The briefing: four points and a first step

Every morning Dagomi creates a short briefing per person from what is in your cockpit: open inquiries, pending approvals, promises coming due, customers cooling off, and the opportunity most worth pursuing today. It ends with one concrete first step — not a list of twelve things.

You can read it or listen to it. For the spoken version there are four AI voices to choose from, two each in German and English. The recording is labelled as an AI voice — anyone who forwards it or plays it in a meeting should know that nobody spoke into a microphone here.

On the start page the briefing deliberately stays small: heading, play button, the text only on click. It should not crowd out the view of the house.

The house: your company — and who is standing in front of it

The house in the middle is your company. Figures stand to its right, and every figure is a company, not a transaction: if a customer has sent an inquiry and is waiting for two offers at the same time, they still appear only once. Point at a figure and a speech bubble names the company.

The distance to the door carries meaning. Anyone who sent an inquiry or is expecting a promise from you stands right at the door — that is reality. Opportunities Dagomi derived from your data stand a little further away: suggestions, not orders. And among the opportunities, those with a high fit stand closer than those with a low one.

To the left of the house walk those who are drifting away: customers cooling off or gone quiet, with the number of days since the last contact. That is not an accusation but a reminder — you find the same customers in the relationship radar with suggestions on how to get in touch.

The lit windows show what is going on inside: one light per task for today, up to four. Click the house and the door opens and the task list unfolds below. The small question mark on the roof explains the picture at any time.

The quick view: phone, email, open items

A click on a figure opens the quick view: company, status, the primary contact with phone number and email address ready to tap, city and last contact — plus everything that is open with this company, with reasoning and the next step. For most calls that is enough; anyone who needs more opens the customer profile from here.

The quick view exists so that you call instead of clicking. That is why the phone number is at the top and not in a submenu.

Inside: today’s tasks

Behind the door lies “Your focus”: the cards Dagomi suggests for today — an inquiry that needs an answer, a promise coming due, a customer who deserves a nudge. Every card carries its reasoning and the matching actions: create a reply draft, open the customer profile, assign or take over as advisor.

If a card does not fit, you dismiss it — for thirty days or permanently — and can give a reason, such as “already called them today”. The reason is recorded so that the same card does not reappear tomorrow and it stays traceable later why it disappeared.

Why a picture instead of a table

A table with twenty rows looks the same every day. The house does not: on a good day eight companies stand in front of it, on a quiet day two. You see the difference in a second, without reading. And because every figure is clickable, the picture remains an interface — not an illustration you stop noticing after a week.

Honesty is part of it. Dagomi does not fill the scene artificially: opportunities nobody picks up expire after a while and are replaced overnight with fresh ones, instead of piling up in front of the door.

How to use it

  1. Open it in the morning

After signing in you land on “Today”. On the first visit of the day the morning briefing appears full-screen; you can reopen it at any time.

  2. Listen to or read the briefing

Press play or unfold the text. You choose the voice once; up to three voice renderings per day are possible, and switching voices creates a new recording.

  3. Point at and click the figures

Hover over a figure to see the company name. A click opens the quick view with phone, email and open items; a second click closes it. On the phone you tap; with the keyboard, Tab and Enter are enough.

  4. Go inside

Click the house — the door opens, the task list unfolds and the page scrolls there. One more click and the door is closed again.

  5. Work through the cards

Do what is due straight from the card. What does not fit, you dismiss with a reason. What is not due today stays put — tomorrow it is back if it is due then.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Why are there fewer figures today than yesterday?

Because opportunities are suggestions and suggestions have an expiry date. What nobody picks up for weeks expires, and the nightly analysis adds new ones. Inquiries and promises, on the other hand, stay until they are done.

Can I see the morning briefing again later?

Yes. It can be reopened full-screen at any time — in the afternoon too, or for a conversation the next day.

Who sees my briefing?

It is created per person and shown only to you in the cockpit. You share the recording only if you pass on the link yourself.

What happens when nobody is at the door?

Then nobody is at the door — and the line below says so. Dagomi does not fill the scene with decoration. An empty picture on a quiet day is information, not an error.

Can the house be used with a keyboard?

Yes. Every figure, the house and the question mark can be reached with Tab; Enter or Space triggers them. With “reduced motion” set in the operating system, the animations are skipped.
