Find revenue opportunities in your base — both ways round

Your next deal is usually already sitting in your customer list — nobody just happens to notice it. Dagomi works through your base systematically: either starting from one customer (“what is still missing here?”) or from one service (“who would this suit?”).

In short

  • From the customer: Dagomi checks which of your services are missing or would follow naturally.
  • From the service: you ask “who would this suit?” and Dagomi works through your entire base.
  • Every match states what it is based on — documented, plausible or conceivable — and can be turned into a finished outreach draft.
Where to find it From the customer: Cockpit → Customers → customer profile → “Opportunities” card. From the service: Setup → Topics & services → “⌖ Who would this suit?” on the respective service. — Open the cockpit →

The problem

Acquiring new customers is expensive, nurturing existing ones is cheap — everyone knows that. It still rarely happens, because nobody has the time to go through a hundred customer records wondering what each one might still be missing.

That work is repetitive, uniform and easy to describe. So Dagomi does it.

What Dagomi actually compares

On one side sits your service catalogue — everything you entered during setup. On the other side sits everything Dagomi knows about the customer: past orders, industry, size, previous inquiries, conversation history, offers and their status in the relationship radar.

The result is a list of opportunities. Each has three parts: the matching service, a rating, and a rationale that points to concrete facts — not to general guesswork.

The other way round: from the service to the customers

In daily work the opposite question comes up more often. You have something new to offer — a seminar, a maintenance package, a treatment — and want to know who in your base might be interested. By hand that would mean opening every customer profile one by one. With a hundred customers, nobody does that.

That is why every service has a “Who would this suit?” button. Dagomi works through your base — active customers first, lost ones last — and presents the matches as a list. Customers who already have an open suggestion for this service are skipped, so no duplicates appear.

Documented, plausible or conceivable

“Documented” means something is on record for this customer, a note or a captured thought. “Plausible” means it follows reasonably from industry and size, but nothing is documented. “Conceivable” means only remotely possible.

That distinction is deliberate, because it separates a useful list from an arbitrary one. With empty customer profiles Dagomi only sees the company name — then almost every match is “plausible”, and they all sound alike. One or two sentences in the customer profile, or a dictated thought, change the result immediately.

How to use it

  1. Enter your services completely

Under “Setup → Services” you enter what you offer. The more precise the description, the better the matches — one sentence on the benefit and the target group helps Dagomi more than a bare product name.

  2. Open a customer profile

Go to “Customers” and pick one. In the profile you will find the “Opportunities” card below the master data.

  3. Run the check

One click on “Check opportunities” starts the analysis. It takes a few seconds. The matches then appear sorted by fit.

  4. Read the rationale — and decide yourself

Every opportunity states why Dagomi sees it. That is the important part: you judge whether the reasoning holds. Anything that does not fit, you simply leave alone.

  5. Have the outreach drafted

If an opportunity fits, click “Draft outreach”. Dagomi turns it into a concrete message to the customer and files it as a promise at the bottom of the customer profile — as a draft, not a send.

  6. Review, adjust, approve

You can rework the draft in the editor, choose the recipient and then send. Nothing goes out without your approval.

  7. Or the other way round: search from a service

Go to “Setup → Topics & services” and click “⌖ Who would this suit?” on the service you want. Dagomi checks your base and shows the matches below with name, rating and rationale. The customer name takes you straight to the profile, “Draft outreach” straight to the finished message.

Frequently asked questions

How does Dagomi know what fits a customer?

From your own data: your service catalogue on one side, the customer record on the other — past orders, inquiries, offers, industry and relationship status. From that the AI derives what is missing or would follow naturally, and backs the suggestion with concrete points from that history.

Is customer data sent to the internet for this?

No web research takes place for the opportunity analysis. Dagomi only uses what is stored in your tenant. The evaluation itself runs through an AI service that processes the data to produce the answer and does not use it for training.

How often should I run the check?

Whenever something has changed for that customer — after a closed deal, a new inquiry, or when you have extended your service catalogue. A new run does not blindly overwrite the old suggestions, it adds to the picture.

What happens to opportunities I do not want to use?

Nothing. They remain as suggestions and you ignore them. There are no reminders, no pressure and no automatic sending.

Can Dagomi find matching customers for a new service?

Yes, that is the reverse route. In the setup area every service has a “Who would this suit?” button. Dagomi then works through your base and presents the matches with reasoning. One click turns any match into a finished message — as a draft, not a send.

How many customers does Dagomi check?

Up to 150 per run, with active and cooling customers first and lost ones last. How many were actually checked is shown right next to the result — and if anyone was left out because of the limit, that is stated explicitly rather than passed over silently.

Why does Dagomi find nothing for me?

Almost always because nothing is stored about the customers. Dagomi only knows what is in your tenant — if the profiles are empty there is no solid reason, and then Dagomi stays silent rather than guessing. One or two sentences per customer, or a thought dictated after a phone call, change the result immediately.
